What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which allows customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How much is your shipping cost?
We offer Flat rate shipping Australia wide. Standard shipping with tracking $4.00 and Express with tracking $6.00. All purchases are dispatched within 2-4 business days via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 14 working days, depending on your location within Australia.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, followed by another email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We recommend inspecting your order upon reception. If you find that the item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
